1. About Yagentz
Yagentz is an online real estate platform designed to connect buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and agents. The platform allows users to:

- Browse available listings
- Save favorite listings
- Communicate directly with property owners, sellers, landlords, tenants, or agents
Yagentz serves solely as a neutral venue for user interactions and does not act as a real estate broker, agent, landlord, tenant, or fiduciary for any user.
2. User Accounts
To fully access and utilize Yagentz features (such as creating listings, saving properties, or messaging other users), you must register for an account.
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Be solely responsible for all activity under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Yagentz, you agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes related to residential real estate transactions
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Not post, upload, or transmit any content that is false, misleading, illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Not engage in data mining, scraping, or automated system use
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
- Promptly update listings if the property is sold, rented, or no longer available
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access to the platform.
4. Listings and User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or property listings they submit, including but not limited to:
- Listing details (price, rent, location, features)
- Images, videos, and descriptions
- Availability and property status
Important:
- Yagentz does not verify, guarantee, or endorse the quality, legality, or availability of any property.
- Yagentz does not screen or verify buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.
- We may display or promote your listing on social media, marketing campaigns, or partner websites to increase visibility.
By submitting a listing, you grant Yagentz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content for marketing and advertising purposes.
We reserve the right to edit or remove any content that violates our Terms or appears inappropriate.
5. Residential Rental Properties
Beginning [10/17/2025], Yagentz provides free tools for landlords to list rental properties and for tenants to apply for rentals at no cost.
By using these features, you agree that:
- Listing and applying for rental properties are completely free on Yagentz
- Yagentz is not a landlord, tenant, leasing agent, or property manager
- Yagentz does not verify tenant information, landlord ownership, property condition, or lease terms
- Yagentz does not collect or hold rent payments, deposits, or fees. All transactions occur directly between users
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable housing, fair housing, and lease laws
- Yagentz assumes no responsibility for disputes, misrepresentations, payment issues, property damages, or any outcome of a rental transaction
All users agree to conduct their own due diligence and verify all information independently before entering any rental agreement.
6. AI Assistance Disclaimer
Yagentz now integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) features designed to assist users in tasks such as property description generation, price estimation, automated chat responses, and other informational tools.
By using any AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs are generated automatically based on available data and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
- AI responses are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or real estate advice
- Yagentz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
- Users are solely responsible for verifying and validating any information provided by AI before making decisions or taking action
- Yagentz is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, recommendations, or interactions
By continuing to use AI features, you agree that you do so at your own discretion and risk.
7. Paid Services
Yagentz may offer premium services such as featured listings or advertising.
When using any paid service:
- Pricing and details will be disclosed before payment
- All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Yagentz is not responsible for the success or outcome of any paid promotion
8. No Advice or Transaction Liability
Yagentz does not participate in or mediate any real estate transaction.
We do not offer legal, financial, or real estate advice. All content on Yagentz is for informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for verifying property details, performing due diligence, and consulting appropriate professionals before making any decisions.
9. Third-Party Services
Yagentz may connect you to third-party services such as mortgage lenders, attorneys, or background checks.
By using these services, you acknowledge that Yagentz is not responsible for the actions, policies, or results of these third parties.
Always review third-party terms before proceeding.
10. Marketing Use of Listings
By creating an account or submitting a property, you agree that Yagentz may use your listing details (photos, price, address, description, and other details) for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across our platform, social media, email campaigns, or partnerships without additional permission or compensation.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Yagentz the right to display and distribute it to promote the platform and its services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yagentz shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Any disputes or damages arising from user interactions, transactions, or AI-generated information
Our total liability to any user is limited to the total amount paid (if any) to Yagentz in the past 12 months.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Yagentz at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Upon termination, your access to Yagentz will cease immediately, and any outstanding obligations will remain enforceable.
13. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
Continued use of Yagentz constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
