Welcome to Yagentz (“Yagentz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Yagentz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yagentz website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Yagentz is an online real estate marketplace that allows homeowners, buyers, renters, landlords, real estate agents, and other users to create and browse property listings, communicate with each other, and access tools such as calculators and educational guides.
Agents are permitted to create listings on the platform, including listings for their clients or listings they are authorized to market. However:
- Yagentz is not a real estate broker, agent, fiduciary, attorney, lender, escrow service, or property manager.
- Yagentz does not represent any party and does not participate in negotiations.
- Yagentz does not draft, review, and legal contract forms for transactions.
- All communications, negotiations, showings, offer terms, and final agreements occur solely between the users and/or agents involved.
- Yagentz provides a neutral technology platform only.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Listings, User Content, and Agent Content
Users may submit listings, photos, descriptions, messages, and other materials (“Content”). You are solely responsible for your Content.
3.1 Listing Accuracy and Authority
By creating or posting a listing, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right and authority to post the listing (as the owner, landlord, authorized agent, or authorized representative)
- All information in the listing is accurate, current, and not misleading
- The listing complies with all applicable laws, including fair housing laws and advertising rules
3.2 No Verification
Yagentz does not verify listings, user identities, agent licenses, ownership, property condition, MLS status, or legal authority. Users must do their own due diligence.
3.3 License to Use Content
By submitting Content, you grant Yagentz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, modify (for formatting), and promote such Content in connection with the Services, including marketing and social media.
4. No Brokerage, No Agency Relationship, No Negotiation
Yagentz is not a brokerage and does not provide brokerage services.
Using Yagentz does not create any of the following relationships:
- broker-client relationship
- agent-client relationship
- fiduciary relationship
- attorney-client relationship
- lender-borrower relationship
Yagentz does not negotiate transaction terms (including price, contingencies, repairs, credits, commissions, timelines, lease terms, or any other deal terms). Any negotiation is handled only by the parties and/or their chosen representatives (including licensed agents).
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, illegal, discriminatory, or infringing content
- Harass or impersonate others
- Circumvent platform fees
- Scrape data or interfere with platform security
- Use the Services for unlawful activities or spam
We may remove Content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Certain features may require payment, including but not limited to:
- Offer submissions (example: $9.99 per offer submission)
- Featured/premium listings
- Advertising or promotional services
All pricing will be disclosed before purchase.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may include links to third-party websites, lenders, advertisers, or service providers. Yagentz does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for third-party services or agreements.
8. Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure
Yagentz may participate in advertising or affiliate programs and may receive compensation from certain partners. Any sponsored or paid relationship will be disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including logos, software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Yagentz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of the Services without prior written consent.
10. DMCA Copyright Policy
If you believe copyrighted material on Yagentz infringes your rights, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at /privacy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described therein.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Yagentz does not guarantee:
- accuracy of listings
- availability or uptime
- outcomes of any transaction
- that any user, buyer, seller, renter, landlord, or agent will complete a deal
You use the Services at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yagentz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Yagentz’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Yagentz during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yagentz and its affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- your use of the Services
- your Content
- your listing accuracy or authority to post
- your interactions or disputes with other users and/or agents
- your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless arbitration is required by law or separately agreed.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
